Who are Locklie Enterprises?
Locklie Enterprises Pty Ltd was established by Joshua Brownlie B.Com.LLB.CA in 2003.
After graduating from the University of Tasmania in 1996 with a Combined Degree in Commerce and Laws, he worked with international accounting firm, KPMG in Sydney, where he then qualified as a Chartered Accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia.
Josh worked as an auditor in the Financial Services and Property sectors before taking a 2.5 year secondment to KPMG Hong Kong in late 2000.
Working with clients from a variety of sectors including hotels, construction, advertising and mobile telephony, he then took up a role as Training Manager for KPMG Hong Kong & China, where he implemented the roll-out of KPMG’s then-new global audit software and training modules in Hong Kong, Beijing, Shanghai, Kuala Lumper and Tokyo.
In 2003, he left KPMG to become a founding member of Oxia. This start-up venture began with a clean sheet of paper in May 2003 and over the next four years raised over USD$3m in venture capital and took the product from an idea to market in over 7 countries where its customers have included the prestigious Bergdorf Goodman on 5th Avenue in New York, a number of Westin Hotel properties and many of the USA's NHL Ice Hockey teams.
Locklie’s other team members have skills and experience in a number of fields including; medical, logistics and electronics.
